As appointment times slots in a day are limited and valuable to our clients in urgent need of treatment, we do charge a fee of 50% of the session value to clients who do not show for their scheduled appointment and do not provide notice or cancel their appointment 24 hours in advance. We are sure you appreciate that this is essential to the viability of running our practice.
